14-Year-Old Killed in Go-Kart Accident in Texas
A 14-year-old girl from Flower Mound, Texas was killed in a go-kart accident in Fort Worth when the vehicle crashed after she lost control, police reported.
The girl was identified as Kierstin Eaddy. Police said Eaddy was racing at Sports Car Club of America when she lost control of the go kart. Witnesses told officials that Eaddy’s vehicle hit a cable, which may have caused her to lose control of the recreational vehicle, KWTX News reported.
Eaddy was transported to the hospital via helicopter for the treatment of injuries she endured in the go cart accident in Texas. She later passed away from injuries she’d experienced.
Authorities are still investigating the Texas accident in order to learn more about what may have caused the crash.
