20-Year-Old Killed in San Antonio Motorcycle Accident on I-10

A San Antonio motorcycle accident claimed the life of the bike’s rider on Wednesday afternoon after he collided with a vehicle, which was stalled on I-10 near Vance Jackson, officials reported.

The motorcyclist who was killed in the motorcycle accident in San Antonio was identified as 20-year-old Adolfo Carrera.

Police said Carrera was thrown from the motorcycle when he crashed into a Ford Focus thathad stalled on Interstate 10. As a result of the ejection, Carrera was struck by another vehicle in an oncoming lane of traffic.

Carrera was transported to University Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead as a result of injuries he sustained in the San Antonio traffic accident.

Authorities on the scene of the wreck did not believe alcohol was tied to the crash.
