Accident Involving Four 18 Wheelers Injures Temple Man

An 18 wheeler accident on Highway 95 in Idaho, serious injured a Temple man, when his vehicle spun out of control, smashing into a tractor trailer truck, which sparked a chain reaction of accidents.
According to officials Zachary Henager was transported to a hospital as a result of the injuries incurred in the 18 wheeler accident in Idaho.
The impact of Henager’s collision with the first 18 wheeler, which was driven by Coleville, Wasington resident Richard Walston, 58, caused Walston to collide with another 18 wheeler truck.
The second semi-truck involved in the multiple vehicle accident was driven by, 49-year-old James Mady, of Creswell, Oregon.
A tractor trailer traveling near the accident veered to avoid the wreckage, smashing into a fourth 18 wheeler truck involved in the pileup accident.
Police said Mady was killed in the 18 wheeler accident. Henager was transported to the hospital with injuries caused by the truck accident.
No other vehicles were involved and no other drivers or passengers were reportedly injured in the crash.
