At Least Three Injured in Fort Worth MITS Bus Accident

A bus accident in Fort Worth left three people injured on Monday morning when the bus driver, reportedly, rear ended a pickup truck near Campus Drive, police reported.
Although two people were treated at the scene of the Texas bus accident in Fort Worth, the other two people injured were transported to the hospital for treatment, officials said.
One of those people transported to the hospital endured head and back injuries as a result of the rear-end collision. Emergency personnel reported that the driver of the pickup truck, who was injured, lost consciousness.
One person on the bus was injured in the collision after falling from her wheelchair, police told NBCDFW News.
The bus involved in the rear-end collision was identified as a Mobility-Impaired Transportation Service (MITS), which services disabled and impaired people in the region.
