Car Accident in Bryan, Texas Injures Three on Sandy Point Road

A collision in Bryan, Texas sent three people to the hospital with injuries on Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Sandy Point Road and North Harvey Mitchell Parkway, when one of the drivers involved in the crash appeared to have failed to yield the right of way, officials reported. Police identified that driver as Jacoris Grays. Grays was transported to the hospital.

A passenger in Gray’s pickup truck was treated for injuries at the scene of the car accident, then transported to the St. Joseph hospital in Bryan. Police said she was riding in the back of the truck at the time of the crash and was ejected from the pickup. Her injuries were listed as serious, emergency personnel said.

The driver of the Chevrolet Tahoe, which was also involved in the crash, was only identified as a 44-year-old woman.

As a result of the auto accident, police said they cited Gray for failing to yield the right of way and for not having a valid driver’s license.
