Carlson managing partner awarded AV Preeminent rating

The Carlson Law Firm’s managing partner, Craig Carlson, has been awarded the 2017 AV Preeminent® rating by Martindale-Hubbell. This rating is the highest qualification that Martindale-Hubbell can bestow upon an attorney.

Attorneys are rated based on five characteristics: legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability and legal experience. They are then rated by their peers. This includes other attorneys and even the judiciary. Once an attorney has been rated on their demonstration of these five characteristics, the points will be tallied and each attorney will be given a score between 1 and 5. Attorneys who receive a score of 4.5 to 5.0 are considered Preeminent™.

Peer review distinctions from Martindale-Hubbell reflect a combination of achieving two ratings: ethical standards and legal ability. Attorneys who have this merit are known for the high professional excellence and years of experience combined with expertise and integrity.

Craig is licensed in the Texas, Nebraska, and Arkansas federal courts. His practice areas include personal injury, military law, medical malpractice, product liability and mass torts.

Craig is extremely honored to receive this rating, as he has always looked to Martindale-Hubbell as a definitive guide to the highest ranking law firm. He is proud to be a part of such an elite group of attorneys.
