College Station Motorcycle Accident Injures Three

A motorcycle accident in College Station sent three people to the hospital with injuries resulting from the collision, which involved the bike and a passenger vehicle on Southwest Parkway Monday night.

According to police, the motorcyclist was identified as Caleb Tate, 20, a student at Texas A&M. Tate was ejected from the motorcycle as a result of the impact. The motorcycle slammed into the side of the passenger car when the driver of the car failed to yield the right of way.

Tate was recently listed in critical condition.

The driver of the car was identified as Nia Dorsey, 18, a resident of Bedias. She was injured in the College Station motorcycle accident and was recently listed in stable condition. She was cited for failing to yield the right of way and sparking the collision.

A passenger in the vehicle was identified by officials as Julio Castro, 20, also a resident of Bedias, Texas. Castro was listed in fair condition at College Station Medical Center.

Police are still investigating the scene of the motorcycle crash.
