College Station Pedestrian Accident Kills 21-Year-Old Woman

A young woman was killed in a pedestrian accident in College Station last Friday morning, when she was struck by a minivan while attempting to cross the street. She was only a quarter mile from her residence, officials said.
The young woman was identified as 21-year-old Desiree Vinson.
Emergency crews rushed Vinson to the hospital where she died three days later as a result of the injuries she endured.
Police said Vinson was attempting to cross Longmire to get to the other side of the street. They’re still investigating the College Station pedestrian accident.
