Despite stricter standards for windshields, not all manufacturers and vehicle designers have taken that valuable information accompanying the data supporting safer, laminated glass and applied it to other windows and glass used in a vehicle. As a result, defective auto glass can leave occupants vulnerable to ejection and serious injuries and wrongful death accompanying.
