Drunk Driver Who Sparked Deadly Accident Charged With Intoxication Manslaughter

A fatal drunk driving accident in Houston on Saturday has resulted in intoxication manslaughter charges of the suspect that caused the chain reaction car accident.
Erica Monetz, 27, and Nick Montez, 24, were killed in the five vehicle accident that police believe was caused by the intoxicated suspect.
Barry Lewis Andrews, 55, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital with injuries resulting from the accident and was later charged with intoxication manslaughter.
The drunk driving accident in Houston occurred around 11:30 p.m. near the Veterans Memorial Drive exit in the westbound lanes of the Sam Houston Tollway.
The Montez siblings were stopped at the booth to pay the toll when they were rear-ended by Lewis, who, according to witnesses, was traveling at a high rate of speed.
