Failure to Yield Provokes Guadalupe County Motorcycle Accident Death

A failure to yield right of way accident in Guadalupe County left a motorcyclist dead, Texas Department of Public Safety officials said Friday.

A Chevrolet SUV may have failed to yield the right of way to the motorcycle, causing the motorcycle to crash into the passenger vehicle.

Marion resident, 24-year-old Jedadiah Bees was pronounced dead at the scene of the Texas motorcycle accident. Police have not said whether Bees was wearing a helmet at the time of the motorcycle accident in Guadalupe County.

Officials said Bees was riding a 2003 Harley Davidson motorcycle.
