Irving 161 Charter Bus Accident on President George Bush Turnpike

A charter bus rollover accident in Irving in the northbound lanes of President George Bush Turnpike near Belt Line Road left several people injured and at least two people dead on Thursday morning, when the bus overturned, leaving some passengers trapped, officials said.
According to police, at least 15 people were transported to Parkland Hospital in Dallas via helicopter as a result of the Irving charter bus accident.
The two people killed in the tragic accident were identified as 69-year-old Paul Hahn, a resident of Fort Worth and 81-year-old Sue Taylor, also of Fort Worth.
Officials identified the charter bus as a private Cardinal Coach line coming from Mansfield.
Authorities said at least 34 people were on the charter bus at the time of the 161 bus accident in Texas.
It is still unknown what may have sparked the crash, causing the bus to overturn.
