Texas Rollover Accident Lawyers | Product Liability Attorneys

Sport utility vehicles have a much higher chance of overturning because of their design and higher centers of gravity, which make them less stable, especially during instances of loss of control and overcorrection. But despite the higher chance of rollover, SUV’s are required to meet specific standards that help protect occupants from roof crush, ejection and other problems that can result in life threatening injuries.

Flaws and defects in vehicles and SUV’s may put drivers and passengers at risk for enduring serious head, neck and other injuries from the crushing blows of a collapsing roof or ejection. Defective seatbelts, inadequate glass and even flawed air bags can leave occupants open to ejection and accompanying injuries.
