Manned Dragged in Truck-Pedestrian Accident Identified

Police have identified a man who was dragged to his death in a truck-pedestrian accident that occurred in a Cameron, Texas truck stop parking lot.
The victim of the accident, 58-year-old Granbury resident, Ross D. Boothe was identified by police after he was struck by a truck driver and endured fatal injuries as a result.
Boothe was transported to Scott & White hospital, where he was pronounced dead by Bell County Justice of the Peace.
The driver of the truck was identified as 55-year-old Robert Lucherk,a resident of Hempstead, Texas, authorities said.
According to police, rainy weather may have contributed to the accident, although the pedestrian truck accident is still being investigated.
