One Killed in Motorcycle Accident in Laredo on I-35

A motorcycle accident in Laredo claimed the life of a former driver for the Laredo Fire Department on Saturday afternoon, police said.
Officials identified the motorcyclist who was killed as 52-year-old Edwin Atwell.
According to reports, Atwell’s motorcycle crashed into a pickup truck while traveling southbound on I-35 in Laredo.
Police identified the vehicle involved as a Chevrolet pickup. The driver of that pickup was not identified by authorities and investigations surrounding the Laredo motorcycle accident are still underway.
