One Killed, Two Injured in Accident on Highway 46
One man was killed and another was airlifted to the hospital with injuries when two pickups collided in Seguin, Texas, officials said.
Police identified the man who died as David Pieper, 66, a resident of New Braunfels. The driver of the other truck was only identified as a 42-yar-old man from Seguin.
The unidentified man was transported to University Hospital in San Antonio via helicopter. In addition, a passenger from the same pickup truck was transported to Guadalupe Regional Medical Center for the treatment of injuries endured in theHighway 46 car accident.
Police said the Highway 46 accident may have been caused with Pieper may have failed to yield the right of way at the highway’s intersection.
