Pedestrian Killed in San Marcos Accident

A pedestrian accident in San Marcos that left one man dead on Tuesday evening is being investigated by police.

Although the identity of the pedestrian killed in San Marcos has not yet been revealed, police say the crash occurred on Highway 123, when a man stepped into traffic and was struck by a vehicle traveling on the highway.

The driver of the vehicle did stop to check on the man and reports note the driver will probably not face charges related to the pedestrian accident in Texas.
