Student Injured in Bryan, Tx Dump Truck Accident on Hwy 47

A collision between a sport utility vehicle and a dump truck in Bryan, Texas left a 20-year-old student from Texas A&M trapped in her vehicle on Hwy 47 near Villa Marie on Tuesday, officials reported.
The young woman injured in the car accident in Bryan, Tx was identified as Nicolette Elvir. According to police reports, Elvir was traveling on Highway 47 when a dump truck failed to yield the right of way, crashing into her vehicle, causing the SUV to overturn and ignite in flames.
A passerby help Elvir escape from the fiery Ford Explorer.
As a result of the accident, Elvir was transported to the hospital with injuries that officials said are non-life threatening.
