Temple Man Killed in Texas Car Accident, Four Injured

A Temple, Texas car accident claimed the life of a Temple man and injured several others after two vehicle collided on West Adams Avenue, police reported.

Police identified the victims of the Temple auto accident as Michael Serrano, 28. According to reports, Serrano was transported to Scott & White, where he died after arriving.

Four other occupants from both vehicles involved were injured in the Central Texas car wreck. Police said alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.

No update regarding the status of the other four people involved was provided.

Officials said Serrano worked as a local jailer but he was not on duty at the time of the fatal accident.
