Texas Department of Public Safety authorities identified 22-year-old Joseph Villavisencio, known as Joey V. to friends and family, as the driver of a passenger vehicle that collided with a tractor trailer south of Normangee, Texas on Highway 39.
School officials said Villavisencio was driving home after delivering gifts to families near College Station.

“Although his life on this earth was way too short, his impact on the people he met will be everlasting,” Sherman continued in an interview with the Houston Chronicle.
