Texas Department of Public Safety authorities identified 22-year-old Joseph Villavisencio, known as Joey V. to friends and family, as the driver of a passenger vehicle that collided with a tractor trailer south of Normangee, Texas on Highway 39.

School officials said Villavisencio was driving home after delivering gifts to families near College Station.
