Two Blinn Students Killed in Car Accident, One Other Teen Injured

Two students enrolled at Blinn College and one other person were injured in a Texas car accident near Texas Avenue and Holleman Drive on Saturday morning police said.
According to reports, a Toyota SUV ran a red light, sparking the two vehicle accident. The Toyota Four-Runner smashed into the side of a Chevy pickup truck.
Police identified 19-year-old College Station resident, Lauren Crisp, and 18-year-old Flower Mound resident, Denton Ward, as passengers of the Toyota who were killed in the car accident.
Highland Village resident, 19-year-old Tanner Geisen, was transported to College Station Medical Center with injuries resulting from the Texas motor vehicle accident. He was recently listed in stable condition.
The driver of the Toyota, 19-year-old College Station resident, Samantha Bean, was treated and released from College Station Medical Center. She was the only occupant of the Toyota who was wearing a seatbelt, police reported.
None of the occupants in the pickup truck, which was struck, were injured in the crash.
Police are still investigating the accident.
