Vehicle Fire Attorneys in Texas

In some situations where an auto accident has occurred, victims may not experience serious injuries or death as a result of the initial crash itself. Instead, some injures and wrongful deaths occur when the vehicle malfunctions, catches fire or equipment within fails to protect them from instances of roof crush or ejection. Such malfunctions and failures can occur during accidents involving multiple vehicles as well as single vehicle crashes and rollovers.

Victims of a car accident should not survive the accident itself only to endure serious injuries or pass away as a result of a vehicle fire resulting from an auto defect. In addition fires affecting defective vehicles can be harmful for more than just the passengers and driver in the initial car that catches fire. Instead, auto fires can spread to other vehicles involved in a collision and even to nearby homes.

In some situations where an auto defect has provoked a vehicle fire and subsequent injuries, manufacturers and auto maintenance companies must be held accountable.
