Although on-the-job accidents and the injuries accompanying are usually covered by workman’s compensation, there are some instances where such coverage is not adequate to meeting the financial needs associated with medical bills, lost time at work and other additional monetary stresses. Additionally, some worker’s involved in a construction accident, factory accident, industrial accident or other type of on-the-job accident may have their claims denied.
