Motorcycle accidents in Central Texas seem to have increased, with a multitude of news stories surrounding the injuries and death involved with local accidents. While helmet use is an important way motorcyclists can protect themselves from serious motorcycle head injuries, both motorcyclists and drivers must work together to stay safe on the road. Inattention by much larger vehicles, trucks and big rigs can pose serious dangers to motorcyclists, who are vulnerable to injury because of lacking protection.
