Woman Freed By Jaws-Of-Life After Waco Truck Accident

Rescuers used jaws-of-life to free an injured Waco woman early this morning, after her car collided with a box truck traveling westbound. The impact of the collision left the woman trapped within the confines of her vehicle, the truck’s bumper resting dangerously close to her head.
The woman’s sedan was headed westbound on North Valley Mills Dr. at the time of the accident and she was immediately taken to a local hospital by an East Texas Medical Center ambulance.
The injured woman was accompanied by her daughter, a passenger in the vehicle, who did not sustain any injuries, according to authorities.
The box truck’s driver also escaped the Waco accident uninjured, with minute damage to his truck.
