Rollover Accidents: Who is to Blame?
In some situations where a rollover accident has occurred, family and loved ones may search for causes, blame themselves or question what really happened. Despite the desire to uncover answers tied to rollover crashes, some of these accidents may actually be tied to flaws in the safety equipment or defects in the vehicle involved.
Vehicles are designed to withstand the impact of a rollover accident, making the crashworthiness of a vehicle vital to the safety of its occupants. The pillars of a roof are manufactured to reinforce the roof, preventing it from crushing passengers and drivers and causing serious head and neck injuries.
