From a young age, Josh Crowley knew that he wanted to solve problems and work to help others. Now an Austin personal injury lawyer, Josh is able to do just that.
As the oldest child in his family, Josh began honing his advocacy skills by negotiating bedtimes with his parents and presenting his siblings with evidence on why he gets the front seat. This enthusiasm for settling disputes in the interest of fairness served as a driving force for him to attend law school. Today, he is an accomplished attorney who prides himself on his ability to listen to a client and elevate their story against insurance companies who deny or undervalue injury claims with little regard to what is fair.
Josh received his Bachelor of Arts from Auburn University in 2010 and his Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School in 2014 where he participated in their Top Gun Mock Trial Advocacy Competition. Prior to joining The Carlson Law Firm team, Josh worked as a clerk at two law firms and interned at the Winston-Salem, North Carolina Public Defender’s Office. Currently, Josh represents clients in all Texas courts, as well as in federal court in the Western District of Texas. His practice focuses on car crashes, 18-wheeler crashes, slip and falls and other areas of personal injury.
When other peoples’ choices affect his clients’ well-being, Josh is there to help them find a path forward. As an attorney who puts his clients first, Josh measures his success by how well families are healed after his assistance. His goal with every case is to make sure his clients recover enough financially that they can put their lives back together. When injured clients feel that they have no way forward after a crash, his tireless work ethic, creativity and compassion is the kind of reassurance they need.
His education and experience allow him to foresee the needs of clients and offer them guidance on how to move forward. Clients know that their needs will come first and that they will be treated as individual people rather than individual cases.
Josh is constantly striving to learn something new every day. He belongs to a number of legal organizations in the Austin area. Out of the courtroom, he enjoys working out, cooking, reading, traveling and hanging out with his dog, Jax.
