Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Search)

We are looking for an analytical, creative, dynamic, organized, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in pay-per-click media strategies. The Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Search) is capable of implementing search engine marketing campaigns from ideation to completion and analyzing the effectiveness of past and ongoing search campaigns with the goal of generating leads.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be heavily involved in helping our marketing department advance its mission of helping people connect with compassionate attorneys in their time of need. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a law firm that does too. We put a significant emphasis on the professional development of our team to ensure growth in your role and within our firm. 

This is not a remote position. You must be able to commute to our office in Killeen, Texas Monday through Friday. 

About This Role: 

• Creation of paid search campaigns from ideation to execution
• Creating detailed reports of campaign performance
• Building landing pages for specific campaigns and digital ads
• Performing keyword research and writing ad copy
• Work with other team members to implement a cohesive and integrated strategy
• Proactively identify ways to improve account performance
• Compiling daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports to quantify results and communicate them to management
• Actively participating in digital strategy and media planning meetings
• Optimizing for YouTube, GMB and other Google platforms
• Staying informed with Paid Search industry best practices, new trends and technologies, and platform updates (e.g. Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Bing, etc.)
• Directory management
• Other marketing tasks as assigned

About You:

• Must have 2 years of experience with Google Ads
• Google Ads Certified in at least two topics
• Proven experience managing paid media budgets and channels (SEM, PPC, Display, Remarketing)
• Proven track record of success in helping clients or businesses achieve goals
• Experience copywriting and writing copy for conversions
• Passionate about digital marketing and analytics
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude

Preferences: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English or other relevant area
• Experience writing search engine-friendly content
• Basic understanding of website development
