Carlson Cares, a giveback initiative by The Carlson Law Firm, brought holiday cheer to the Lubbock community during its 5th annual Toys-to-Go Drive-Thru, a festive event designed to make the season brighter for local families.
Held at The Carlson Law Firm’s Lubbock office on Quaker Avenue, the gingerbread-themed drive-thru welcomed families for an evening of holiday fun. Attorneys and staff dressed up and volunteered, with a special appearance by Santa Claus, to greet families as they made their way through the decorated route.
In under two hours, the Carlson Cares volunteers handed out 425 gifts to children in the community. Each child received a beanie and a gingerbread-themed gift box with a drink, snack, and light-up bracelet. Adults were given Christmas ornaments as a keepsake.
The Toys-to-Go Drive-Thru is part of The Carlson Law Firm’s ongoing commitment to community service through Carlson Cares. Each year, the firm hosts outreach events across Texas, including its annual Christmas Miracle, aimed at supporting families and strengthening the communities it serves.
With the continued success of the Lubbock Toys-to-Go Drive-Thru, Carlson Cares continues its tradition of giving back. The initiative remains focused on creating joyful holiday experiences that local families can access and create memories together.
