[KILLEEN, TX]—Active and retired service members are invited to The Carlson Law Firm’s 9th Annual Veteran Food Truck Rally on Nov. 7 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the firm’s Killeen office located at 100 E Central Texas Expy, Killeen, Texas, 76541.
Free Meals, Giveaways and Community Gratitude
Each year, The Carlson Law Firm hosts this event to celebrate and honor the brave men and women who serve our country. Veterans can enjoy a free meal from some of Central Texas’ favorite food trucks.
- Chefito’s Kitchen – Known for its delicious Latin-inspired comfort food, Chefito’s Kitchen proudly joins this year’s line-up serving a choice of asada and chicken bowls: savory meat on a bed of rice paired with black beans and fresh garnishes.
- Rib Tips BBQ – Accredited as the best darn BBQ in Texas, this veteran-owned food truck serves authentic, slow-cooked barbecue that will leave you coming back for more.
- Korean Kravings—Offering authentic Korean cuisine with a twist, Korean Kravings is a local favorite known for flavorful fusion dishes. Whether you’re craving traditional or inventive Korean-Mexican fare, this truck never disappoints.
- Don Beli Peruvian Street Food – Bringing the vibrant flavors of Peru to Central Texas, Don Beli serves authentic street food favorites with a modern twist. Every bite celebrates flavor and the joy of serving others.
- Check Point Germany – Enjoy hearty German comfort foods prepared by a veteran-owned business. Check Point Germany brings delicious German fare including schnitzel and bratwurst, always served with a smile.
- Cupcake Avenue – Sweet, handcrafted treats prepared with premium ingredients. More than a mobile bakery, Cupcake Avenue is a local dessert haven sharing a little joy and a lot of gratitude with every cupcake, especially for the heroes that serve our nation.
- Black Rifle Coffee Co. – Veteran-founded and community-driven, Black Rifle Coffee Co. is dedicated to serving premium coffee with purpose. Their bold, freshly brewed coffee supports and honors veterans and first-responders.
While meals are complimentary for active and retired service members, (with valid military or veteran ID) civilians and non-military visitors are welcome to join and purchase their food from participating vendors.
As a token of gratitude, active and retired military will receive exclusive, limited-edition swag, specially curated to honor their service. Active and retired service members in attendance can also participate in special giveaways that will be announced throughout the event.
