BRYAN, Texas — On Nov. 18, The Carlson Law Firm’s Bryan law office blessed 108 families in need of help putting a Thanksgiving meal on the table this year with our Thanksgiving Blessing Baskets.
According to the American Farm Bureau Federation, the cost of a classic Thanksgiving feast is up by 20% over last year’s average. Each basket contained:
In addition to their Blessing Baskets, families with children also received a book to assist with childhood literacy.
“Our goal is to do everything we can to have a positive impact on our community,” said Managing Partner Craig Carlson. “This year, there has been an enormous rise in those who need food assistance. We hope our Blessing Baskets have given families a much-needed financial break during the holiday season.”
