Caitlyn Tellez is an injury lawyer in Killeen, Texas who prides herself on representing clients who have been injured through little to no fault of their own.

From a young age, Caitlyn knew that she wanted to be an attorney. While growing up in Texas, she witnessed firsthand the important role an attorney can play in a person’s life. She knows that a person seeks help from an attorney when they are at their lowest moment and need the most help. Navigating the complex legal system requires a skilled lawyer to represent you and your interests when you need it most. In her role as an attorney, Caitlyn serves as the link that connects a client in a difficult situation to a just remedy.

Clients come to Caitlyn because they know that helping them is her ultimate goal. Clients know that she will treat each case with a unique approach to get them a resolution that helps them recover from serious injuries.

Caitlyn graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Business Law and from Baylor Law School. In addition to her schooling, Caitlyn worked for an injury firm in Waco and also interned with a criminal defense attorney. She is licensed to practice in Texas State courts.

Being part of a profession that advocates for and helps people is what motivated Caitlyn to become an injury lawyer. She recognizes the long-term and short-term effects that negligent or careless behavior can have on a person. Her compassion, as well as her passion, for helping people continues to drive her to help right the wrongs that injury victims need to heal from.

When she’s not practicing law, Caitlyn and her husband are raising a young daughter and a Golden Retriever. On the weekends, you might see her at Target or at the park playing with her dog.
