Experience on your side

Elijah B. Biedinger knew from an early age that he wanted to stand up for people who could not stand up for themselves. Growing up in San Antonio, he strongly believed that “no one should be too big for the law,” and that belief became the foundation of his decision to pursue a career as an attorney.

Elijah graduated from Abilene Christian University before earning his law degree from Baylor Law School. While at Baylor, he gained hands-on experience as an intern focused on criminal prosecution and personal injury. This gave Elijah a passion for trial work and Practice Court developed his drive further to be in the courtroom.

All of this culminated with a fierce commitment to trial advocacy that led him to work at The Carlson Law Firm. Most of Elijah’s practice centers on mass tort litigation, including product liability and international terrorism cases.

He is especially passionate about human trafficking litigation and hopes to hold hotels and corporations accountable in ways that force meaningful policy changes to protect vulnerable people. He believes this passion gives him an edge, and he approaches each client with a deep respect for the emotional and physical challenges they face.

What Elijah loves most about his work is being able to connect with clients and understand their stories, especially when speaking with people who may still be processing trauma. He is dedicated to reassuring clients that he will do everything he can with the information they share and helping them understand the process.

Shortly after graduating law school, and before he turned 25, he tried his first criminal case in Williamson County, earning a guilty verdict and maximum sentence in a Class C assault family violence matter. Elijah’s early trial experience remains a memorable milestone in his career.

Faith plays a quiet but steady role in Elijah’s work, and he hopes that his dedication and empathy reflect the values that guide him. He wants his clients and community to feel supported by his legal work and by the integrity behind it.

Outside of the office, Elijah and his wife spend time helping with Sunday services with their church community. He was ranked in the Top 10 in Central Texas for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate during the Winter 2024 season, which tends to surprise people.

Originally from San Antonio, Elijah enjoys Georgetown’s friendliness and tight-knit community. He values the opportunity to serve Central Texans with care and a commitment to the pursuit of accountability.
