While in law school, Max was a clerk for The Carlson Law Firm and transitioned to a full-time position after graduating.
Max took a break from his civil practice to serve in the United States Marine Corps, where he became commissioned as a Judge Advocate officer.

One of Max’s most notable cases to date was his very first trial, which he helped argue against the Texas Department of Transportation. The jury returned a verdict of over $1.5 million for Max’s clients.

He also participated in the 2017 Hurricane Harvey relief efforts in Port Aransas and Rockport. In his spare time, Max embraces the mental and physical resilience he cultivates through weightlifting.
