Texas Jury Awards $61M in Products Liability Case Against Honda After Car Wreck |

Morgan Ferrell is a mass torts attorney based out of The Carlson Law Firm’s Round Rock office. Her practice primarily focuses on handling mass actions for dangerous drugs, defective products, deceptive advertising and more. Morgan’s tireless work ethic and drive to help others make her an incomparable advocate for her clients.

The daughter of high school sweethearts, Morgan grew up in Liberty Hill. Eager to experience the world outside of Austin, she attended Texas Tech for her undergraduate degree and went on to Penn State Law to receive her Juris Doctor.
She began volunteering at a very young age, first through church mission trips and youth camps, then with organizations like the National Honor Society in high school. In her undergraduate career at Texas Tech, she served as a member of the Women’s Service Organization, a community-focused student organization. Morgan credits her volunteer work with giving her the skills for reading comprehension, writing with clarity, and public speaking to become a lawyer. In addition, her work as a volunteer brought her career path into focus: practicing law would allow her to use all of her skills to help others in a meaningful way.
While pursuing her law degree, Morgan also earned a Master’s in International Affairs. While at Penn State, she was involved in Penn State Law’s International Sustainable Development Projects Clinic. There, she helped teach multiple courses, including:
Further, Morgan interned for Judge Karin Crump at the Travis County 250th Civil District Court. Clients will value Morgan’s experience as an intern because she has firsthand experience with the thought process of how judges rule. She also worked for a law firm while pursuing her undergraduate degree.
While she enjoyed her time on the East Coast, Morgan moved back to Texas as quickly as possible to begin her law career.
When she’s not practicing law, Morgan puts on a baker’s hat and warms up the oven. She makes delicious cookies, cakes, pies, and any other baked goods imaginable.
