[KILLEEN, TX]—The Carlson Law Firm is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with the return of its annual Hispanic Heritage Food Truck Tour, bringing free food, commemorative swag and community celebration to three Texas communities this fall. The first will feature free food from Antojitos Don Chuy. on Sept. 18, from 12-1 PM at firm’s Temple office, located at 2010 SW H K Dodgen Loop Suite 201, Temple, TX 76504.
Now in its third year, the firm’s Food Truck Tour will make three surprise stops on Sept. 18, Oct. 2 and Oct. 16, 2026. Featuring local Hispanic-owned food trucks, this series of events will invite community members to join celebrating Hispanic culture, entrepreneurship and the traditions that enrich communities across Texas.
A Surprise Route Across Texas
Part of the excitement of the Hispanic Heritage Month Food Truck Tour is the journey itself. As in previous years, The Carlson Law Firm will reveal each 2026 Food Truck Tour location in advance so that those who wish to attend can plan in advance.
This year each stop will be announced two weeks ahead, on Fridays. People are encouraged to keep an eye on social media to find out where the 2026 GastroTour will be visiting this year. The first surprise destination will be announced on Friday, September 4, two weeks before the first celebration.
At each stop, guests will be invited to enjoy a free meal from a local Hispanic-owned food truck, courtesy of The Carlson Law Firm. Commemorative Hispanic Heritage Month swag will also be available while supplies last.

Hispanic Heritage Month Food Truck Tour 2026 Dates
The Carlson Law Firm’s 2026 Food Truck Tour celebrations will take place on:
- Friday, Sept. 18, 2026, 12-1 p.m. featuring Antojitos
- Friday, Oct. 2, 2026 (details to be announced on Friday, September 18)
- Friday, Oct. 16, 2026 (details to be announced on Friday, October 2)
The location and participating food truck for each celebration will be announced two weeks preceding each stop, on Fridays.
