KILLEEN, Texas — The Carlson Law Firm secured a $900,000 settlement for a Bell County woman who suffered severe injuries in a motor vehicle collision in Killeen. The confidential settlement was finalized after a crash involving a company vehicle operating in the course of business.
The collision occurred when the defendant, while driving on behalf of his company, disregarded a steady red traffic signal at an intersection. The defendant negligently entered the intersection without the right-of-way and violently struck the plaintiff’s vehicle, resulting in significant injuries.
