[KILLEEN, TX]—In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, The Carlson Law Firm is bringing back its surprise food truck tour from Oct. 3-17, 2025. The gastronomic route will feature Hispanic-owned food trucks across Texas.
Weekly GastroTour Stops
Each week during Hispanic Heritage Month, one of The Carlson Law Firm’s offices will host a different food truck and serve free lunch and commemorative swag to anyone who stops by during the designated time. The location of the following week’s stop will be announced every Monday on The Carlson Law Firm’s website and social media channels.
“Our GastroTour is more than a chance to enjoy incredible food,” said Adriana Torres, Bilingual Marketing Manager at The Carlson Law Firm. “It’s about honoring the rich contributions of Hispanic-owned businesses and facilitating experiences that celebrate them while bringing our communities together.”
First Stop: Waco
The GastroTour kicked off on Friday, October 3, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the firm’s Waco office with Chefito’s Kitchen. Guests from Waco and neighboring communities gathered to enjoy delicious food and share the experience. More than a food truck, Chefito’s is a community-driven business that uses the universal language of food to bring people together. Known for placing a flag on each dish to honor its cultural roots, Chefito’s celebrates unity, diversity, and the joy of sharing a meal. Their mission is to serve not only food but also connection, culture, and love.
Second Stop: Round Rock
Continuing the savory celebration, the GastroTour is making its next stop in Round Rock on Friday, October 10, from 12-1 p.m. at the firm’s Round Rock office parking lot located at 559 S I-35 Frontage Rd Suite 250, Round Rock, TX 78664. The event will feature Taco con Botas, a local Hispanic-owned food truck. Founded by a proud Hispanic owner, Taco Con Botas honors culinary traditions gathered through years of exploration and passion for authentic Mexican and TexMex cooking. The unique flavors of Taco Con Botas’ menu are a nod to the variety and vibrancy of Mexican and TexMex cuisine.
Last Stop for HHM 2025: San Marcos
On Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, The Hispanic Heritage Food Truck Tour 2025 will celebrate its final stop of the year from 12-1 p.m. The celebration will take place at our new San Marcos office, led by our Hispanic attorney Kayla Alarcon and located at 1310 Wonder World Dr, San Marcos, TX 78666. This event serves as a tribute to the traditions and heritage that continue to drive a community dedicated to progress and perseverance.
