The Carlson Law Firm recently welcomed local families to its Midland office for the second annual Shine Bright summer event, bringing the community together for an afternoon of activities, food, and family-friendly fun.
Held on May 16 as part of the firm’s Carlson Cares initiative, the event drew an estimated 75 attendees and created a space where children and families could enjoy the start of summer together.
Families Gather for Midland Shine Bright Event
The Shine Bright event featured free snack packs distributed in sand buckets, hot dogs, giveaways and interactive activities designed for children of all ages. Throughout the afternoon, families participated in hands-on activities including:
- A hair coloring station
- Sidewalk chalk art
- Summer bucket list creation
- Flower planting activities
The event was designed to encourage creativity, connection, and community engagement in a welcoming outdoor environment.

Events like Shine Bright are part of The Carlson Law Firm’s broader Carlson Cares initiative, which focuses on supporting local communities through outreach and engagement opportunities across Texas.
