AUSTIN, Texas (June 22, 2026) – The Carlson Law Firm's South Austin team recently helped secure a $1.1 million settlement for a client who suffered serious injuries in a commercial truck accident in Central Texas.

According to case documents, the commercial truck moved into an occupied lane and struck the client's vehicle. The impact caused the vehicle to spin and collide with a concrete barrier.

The claim involved substantial damages related to medical expenses, physical pain, impairment and the long-term effects of the collision. After litigation and negotiation, the matter was resolved through a $1.1 million settlement.
