Man Killed in ATV Accident in Leon County

A Huntington man was killed in a Leon County ATV rollover accident, while night hunting with one other passenger on Sunday night, officials reported.
Representatives with the Leon County Sherriff’s Office identified the man as 33-year-old Chris Dilday. The passenger, who was also riding the vehicle at the time of ATV accident in Leon County, has not yet been identified by authorities.
According to authorities, Dilday and his passenger were riding the Kawasaki T-Rex ATV around 8 p.m. near County Road 410 outside of Leona. The ATV rolled over on the two men. Dilday was pronounced dead at the scene of the rollover.
Officials are still investigating the ATV accident near Leona and have not yet revealed what may have caused the riders to overturn.
