Man Killed in US 290 SUV Rollover Accident in Austin

A fatal SUV rollover accident in Austin claimed the life of a 55-year-old man when the GMC Yukon he was driving lost control and overturned on East Parmer Lane Monday morning, police said.
The man was only identified by police as Hispanic.
According to officials, the man was traveling on Parmer near Hwy 29 when he lost control. Police are still investigating what may have caused the man to lose control of the SUV.
Although the vehicle became tripped up on a nearby curb, prompting the SUV to roll, the man was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the single vehicle crash in Austin.
