Pickup Truck Accident Spraked by Malfunctioning Sewage Truck Injures One

A San Antonio collision between a Chevrolet pickup truck and a sewage truck on I-10 caused the sewage truck to overturn on Monday morning, officials reported.

The truck accident in San Antonio occurred at approximately 5:30 a.m. this morning and officials have not yet released the identities of the people involved in the wreck.

According to police, the pickup truck collided with the sewage truck, which was traveling slowly on the shoulder of I-10 as a result of a mechanical malfunction in the vehicle. As a result of the collision, the sewage truck rolled, causing sewage to be spilled onto the roadway.

The driver of the pickup was transported to the hospital for the treatment of non-life threatening injuries, police said.

Traffic on Interstate 10 was snarled as officials struggled to clean up the scene of the truck accident in San Antonio.
