Three Injured in Seguin, Texas 18 Wheeler Crash

Three people were injured in a truck accident in Seguin, Texas, Friday morning, when an 18 wheeler truck smashed into a pickup truck.
According to police, 34-year-old Matthew Rosales, the driver of the 18 wheeler truck, skid into the southbound lane of traffic when he hit the brakes on his truck to avoid rear ending a truck in front of him. Rosales crashed, head-on, into the pickup, driven by Hector Villarreal, 67. Lupe Villarreal, 67, was a passenger in the truck and was left pinned beneath upon impact. Emergency crews had to cut her out of the vehicle. She was transported to a San Antonio hospital via helicopter, officials said.
Hector Villarreal and Rosales, were transported to Guadalupe Regional Medical Center but their injuries did not seem life-threatening, said Texas Department of Public Safety troopers.
